Making a change?
You can request changes such as switching papers, altering delivery days, or adding additional titles. Once submitted, we’ll confirm your changes within 24 hours.
Please note: You will receive a separate email from us within 24 hours confirming receipt of your request. If you do not hear from us within this time, it is likely that we have not received your instruction.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any amendments. Unfortunately, additions with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be made, and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged for the paper and delivery, even if the paper is not delivered.
